		<description>Thanks for the comment Howard!  I agree that it is not healthy for many people to have unneccesary weight.  However, there are those out there who exercise and eat right but are unable to shed those extra pounds.  For these people, acceptance of their bodies, along with their healthy lifestyle is the key to longevity.</description>
