		<description>you can do it! i would never have thought i would be where i am now physically. it&#039;s so easy to take being young and healthy for granted and then suddenly have age and habits that never affected you affect you. but it&#039;s also as equally easy to change your life - so yay! good for you and good luck with your challenge!</description>
