    Rules for the Challenge

    Participate in some form of physical activity for every day for 30 days.

    Day 1 - Getting Started

    Day 2

    Day 3

    Day 4 - Powering through a cold

    Day 5

    Day 6

    Day 7 - A recharge meditation

    Day 8

    Day 9 - Adding miles

    Day 10 & 11

    Day 12 - A new activity

    Day 13 - The bitter end

    Week 3…. 

    Due to injury, the Turning 30 - 30 Day Fitness Challenge had to be put on hold. (tear) It will recommence as soon as I am fully recovered and will be even better than the first attempt.  Stay tuned!

Who Am I?
