It’s 2023!

Are you ready?

I am. Bring on the resolutions, the goals, the challenges. I want them all. I’m excited, but cautiously optimistic. I have the tendency to go big and peter out. But the cool thing is that with every five new endeavors I take on, a couple of them always stick. And each new year I tack a few of the failures I’m still gunning for back on, because maybe this will be their year. Or maybe not, and I’ll accept it’s time to let them go, at least for now.

But I’m also ready to rest and reflect. And most importantly, take the time to celebrate the triumphs. The goals that became successes. The hopeful habits that became rituals. The mistakes that I learned from. And the relationship with myself that I continue to nurture.

Because a new year isn’t just an opportunity to be more. It’s a reminder to see the beautiful person you are. To honor and celebrate that you’ve made it this far and you’re still going strong. Even if it doesn’t feel as great as you’d like, that’s ok. The goals and intentions you’ve been thinking about are not because you think you need to be better but because deep down you know you deserve the best. The best version of wellness you can conjure up. And I think just being here means you’re succeeding.

In case you’re wondering, here are a few things I’m working towards this year.
