A Back Burner Night

That’s what a friend’s mom called the nights when dinner is made of whatever’s left in the fridge. Tonight we’re dining on green beans, pintos, squash, garlic and pasta.  Why not, right? Easy to make, easy to eat. Fills you up without weighing you down. Lol. What commercial is that??

Well whatever commercial is it, it’s probably not for something as healthy are this garden meal! Okay, so the pasta isn’t that healthy but four our of five ain’t bad.

Yup, only five ingredients! Not counting the fresh basil, salt, and pepper I added for flavor. The kitchen smells yummy and I’m ready to eat!!

Looks good right? Fit for a king! Only the king’s not here, which is why I’m eating from the back burner. lol.
