Happy Monday!

How is this week starting out for you?

After a brief meditation this morning, I realized I’m more interested in the silence than the thoughts today.

So instead of reflecting, let’s just take this opportunity to just be.

Find a place of comfort – both for your body and the mind.

And turn your attention towards what calls you the most.

Maybe it’s the view outside your window.

Maybe it’s the safe space within which you’ve been cultivating.

Maybe it’s just the silence.

Dedicate a few minutes just to noticing.

Watching. Feeling with the senses. Seeing what comes up.

Acknowledging and experiencing the moment just as it is.

Without judgement. Resisting the urge to change or fix things.

Just being.

As you are. As it is.
