Happy Monday, my friend.
I hope you are well.
Shall we check in together as we often do?
Lengthening the spine
Softening your gaze
Taking in the breath
Feeling the space it creates
And releasing it fully
Inviting your body to soften
What do you feel?
What is arriving with you in this moment?
Noticing as the observer.
Breathing into the sensations.
Letting the present to flow through you, like music you’re hearing to for the first time-
Without expectation,
without judgement.
If something feels soft – notice,
If something feels heavy – notice.
Watch how it flows.
Quick or slow
Even or with resistance
Inviting is all to arrive and continue on
Like the waves of the ocean
Carrying away the imprints of the thoughts.
Continuing to breathe.
Staying with the present.

It is the present where we find our hope and sanctuary.
