Happy Monday!

I hope you are well!

I’m arriving at your inbox a little later today. The weekend was long and busy (but fun) and this morning I just needed some extra time to get grounded before diving into my work. I met with a good friend and we walked and talked and admired the changing leaves in some nearby woods. It was the perfect way to begin the week, and to practice self-care.

Self-care can mean many things. Sometimes it’s a healthy harvest-inspired meal or taking a few cleansing breaths. Other times it’s spending time with someone who gets you, or just acknowledging all you have to be grateful for.

Most of all it’s about finding balance – and paying attention to your own needs just as much as you do the needs of others. As they say, we can’t pour from an empty cup. Learning what fills your cup, though, can be a challenge if you’re not used to doing it. But just like anything, the more you practice, the easier it gets, and the less you find yourself running on empty.
I hope you take some time for yourself today.

If you need some extra motivation, I’ll be sharing a new guided meditation later this week. Make sure you’re subscribed to my Youtube channel so you don’t miss it.

As always, I’m grateful for you! Have a beautiful week.

Bye for now.
