Happy Monday!
I’ve spent the morning trying to calm my mind which has no left me with very little to say.
And maybe that’s a good thing.
Though I feel you may expect more,
So today I’ll leave you with this.
Take the time to reset.
Even if it’s just for a moment.
Even if the thoughts and the feelings come rushing back in.
Even if you have to do it again and again.
One moment. Breath in. Breath out.
Just notice.
Begin again.
