Happy Monday, and Happy November!

As we move forward, especially over the next few days, let’s remember to stay mindful. Not only of our words and actions but of the thoughts and feelings we let linger. Discomfort will come – perhaps even contention will arise, much of which we have no control over – but remember, we do have control over ourselves, even when it doesn’t feel like we do.

Turn to the breath.

Invite it in.

Reset.

In this 12-minute guided meditation we’ll practice calming down the nervous system and relaxing into the present moment. We’ll pause, turn our attention to the body and the breath, and invite in the opportunity to realign with our senses and our true being.

The more we practice calming the nervous system and connecting with the breath, the easier we’ll find it to incorporate these skills into our daily life – giving us the opportunity to live with a greater sense of mindfulness and ease.
